The best service ever.  So trustworthy, and so much integrity.  He quoted a price for us not knowing how bad it was.... We didn't either.  Went under the house and everything was awful.  Top 5 worst jobs he has ever done. Never raised the quoted price. I trust know one, and I swear I would trust this man with my kids. Always smiling.  My husband does not let workers in this house with out him here... Except him.  He is booked about a week in advance cause the weather. But totally worth the wait!!!

I can't say enough positive about Legacy Plumbing. They were responsive, fair, and professional. As the mother of a disabled son I can't tell you how many companies have taken advantage of him in my absence. These folks did an awesome job and were the least expensive. The two other companies quoted twice the price and were completely off base diagnosing our issue. I will call them every time with total confidence. If you're looking for someone to trust who won't overcharge, Legacy is your best choice!

I had an extremely complicated plumbing issue in the kitchen of my new home left by previous owners  . I called this company and they came out and not only fixed the issue with brand new material, but made the new piping required for the update, on the spot (cutting and measurements without rulers) and not only provided the resolution I needed but now the piping update is simple, functional, and opened up more room under the sink drastically. Smart, gifted, and professional service! I'll use them for all my work.

These guys came into my shop to fix my toilets.   When they left.  Swoosh!!  Great job

All other HVAC companies should look to Rescue Air as the example of how business is to be done. We had received a number of quotes last year to fix our AC system because we were sweating all summer. As new homeowners, we had no idea how expensive it all was! So we did nothing and suffered all last summer. So June of this year rolls around and I've had it. I can't sweat through every night in my own house. I asked for recommendations and multiple people had great experiences with Rescue Air. So we called. Our technician, Roman, came out to the house and from the outset was as professional and personable as they come. The first thing he asked was why I called. I explained a couple of quirky things about our system but then also told him I really needed to find the most cost effective solution. He didn't blink an eye, told me he was on my side, and got to work. We walked the house and the system together, and he was more educational and knowledgable than any service person I have ever encountered. He loves what he does and wants people to feel part of the process! Our unit is undersized, and a bit past its prime, but still functional. Roman said we could probably get away with a new charge of refrigerant. At this point I liked him so much I said I'd like to talk about a whole system replacement. We sat down and talked through all of the options and he did not sell us on anything. He simply weighed the pros and cons of each different level and option for our circumstance. Rescue Air has many different financing options to lighten the burden of this enormous financial decision. For the time being, we opted for a simple refrigerant charge and it's really all we needed! Our house is cooler than ever! I'm so glad I was not told I needed a full system replacement like I had been told by other companies. I'm so glad I didn't feel sales pressure from other companies. The second we actually need to pull the trigger on a full new system, this will be our first call!

They are very responsive and have been able to help us either same or next day. We are grateful they wear masks when they come into our home. Love that they are very accessible via text and take checks and Venmo.

Daron was amazing! Actually the entire process was much easier than anticipated. We had an urgent need and I was SO pleasantly surprised that someone would be available within an hour. Then Daron arrived and quickly assessed the problem, gave us several options and explained everything in detail. He was thorough, professional, friendly and put us completely at ease with the whole process. He went above and beyond in several ways and has acquired us as Pure Plumbing customers for life!

Brad came out today and was awesome. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to quickly access our issue and had it fixed within minutes. He is definitely someone you can trust and we would love to have him back again for future plumbing repairs.

This company is AWESOME!  I called on a Sunday (of a holiday weekend), and my call was returned within 5 minutes of my message being left.  They were out the next morning (MLK day) to check my backed up lines.  It turned out to be a city problem, so Accurate didn't even charge me for the visit!  ROCK!  Best customer service EVER!  I'm very pleased!

The owner Randy staggs is very dishonest. I had sent him a quote from a different company and he said he could do a few thousands lower. I am sure can you what the quote would be knowing that he has been in business for over 30 years and worked with many insurance companies. When I got the quarterback I was shocked to find out it was not only less than the other company but 10K more than the other company!!! I am sure that Randy knew this before him and he was just trying to get the $400 fee for the initial visit out of me! I think that he robbed me of the face knowing full well that his estimate is higher he lied to me!!! Stay away from this company as they are very dishonest and very overpriced, not to mention the owner is a liar!​

Very, very, very thankful to have found Professor Plumb via Yelp. Coming from out of town, I didn't really have anyone I could ask for recommendations for an honest plumber. So before committing to a plumber, I had shopped around and received a few quotes for a new water heater. One company (which I won't name) came out and quoted me at a price for which I believed was just a tad higher than what I expected in my book, and that was fine..but keep in mind they also wanted to charge and additional 1/2 hourly rate it would've taken to complete the installation (~2 hours). I also pointed out a few other areas of the home I was concerned about which were coming from the attic, but was told that it would be an additional $200 just to peak into the access panel due to it being difficult to get into. $200..? Are you kidding me? I then proceeded to inform him that I'd just do it myself, and if there was an issue I noticed I would then call him back.

Here come's Professor Plumb the next day where Amber, their office rep is always up to date on informing you on the ETA of their arrival. The co-owner, Blue  had arrived within the time frame agreed upon. He took a look at everything mentioned above and proceeded to provide a flat fee, final quote for the water heater and installation for less than HALF the price of the company's quote mentioned above - AND without any 1/2 hourly or hourly charges for installation. I even asked him if he wanted to take a look at the quote I received BEFORE he provided me with one so that I could give him the opportunity to beat it. However, he informed me that he wouldn't need to since he knew he'd be able to beat it regardless. Talk about being honest.

The water heater had to be ordered and Blue was able to deliver and install it the next day in about 1.5 hours. He also took the courtesy of taking a ladder up to the second floor to take a look in the attic (free of charge) and informed me that there were no issues. What also surprised me was that he asked if he could fix my toilet downstairs as the flapper needed to be replaced. Who does that??

Suffice it to say, Blue and his company Professor Plumb is one of the most honest, fair, and customer service friendly people you will ever meet in this industry. Blue will be sure to let you know that although they won't always be the cheapest, they'll always do their best to give their customers the most honest and fair deal they can provide. Hands down, Professor Plumb will be my go to guy for ANY plumbing services going forward.

Word of advice: if you'd like to save some time just trust Blue and his team to treat you with integrity, care, and respect with extremely fair pricing.

Jason is great and I highly recommend him.  Professional, communicates well, fair pricing, and knowledgeable.

He helped us in a plumbing emergency after hours on a Friday evening and then charged fair price and did not gouge us.

Tech showed up on time - very courteous.  I had a slow drip leak under my kitchen sink.  He quickly determined that the water filter line was the problem and had the problem fixed in minutes.

Had a minor leak between the water meter and house. Called in AM and Debra, who was very nice and personable, set me up with an appointment within two hrs. JJ called me in about an hr and requested he take care of an emergency broken pipe for another customer first. No problem,  extra stars for the call and for taking care of someone's emergency ASAP.  (Tells me they would do the same for me.) JJ called back an hr before he would arrive in the afternoon and was on time.  Found my problem and advised me on the options to fix the leak.  He repaired my issue with efficiency, quality parts and at a reasonable cost.

I would recommend Absolute to anyone needing plumbing work done. Good work and nice people.

I highly recommend FTR Service Company.  He rescheduled his day to accommodate a plumbing repair that we needed right away.  He's on time, friendly, and within budget!!

Posted earlier I was unable to reach the Company.  The effort to reach me has been appropriately aggressive and I appreciate what appears to be a sincere desire to move this along.  Being in sales, I know things can happen, however how the problem is rectified speaks volumes.  Still pending service, but the response has been good.
